The wind calmed down enough for us to get some yard work done; it was a beautiful day until it started again at 3! We are lucky enough to have a corner unit with a view!
This is our backyard! I am standing in the doorway looking at our grass area. In the long hanging planters we have herbs and strawberries. We found that this is the best way to keep critters out! Also notice the little tree in the corner. This is a lemon tree that we inherited. Bobby decided to plant it today!
These are three of the five succulents (cactus) that we got first when we were married. All five were first planted in one pot. I've replanted them a few times, but they finally have to have their own spot! My how they have grown *sniff, sniff*.
Our prized banana plant, was only 5 inches when we bought it... now it's hair? We are suckers for succulents, they are hard to kill!
